I really think that CGC has gotten tougher on grading, and while I am happy with a 9.6 it would have been nice to have gotten more 9.8 graded books.

You would know better than me but I'm telling you CGC grading is a bit inconsistant. Sometimes you can slip a few through and get some 9.8's but other times you get tough luck.
